Program description

Deals Down Under ("we," "us," or "our") operates a retail store at 110 Trooper Drive, Hot Springs, AR 71913. Our SMS marketing program — tied to our in-store Boomerang Bucks loyalty program — sends promotional and transactional text messages to enrolled customers about deals, new arrivals, rewards balances, and loyalty program updates.

How to opt in

You may opt in to receive SMS messages in any of these ways:

• At our store's checkout (Square POS):when you sign up for the Boomerang Bucks loyalty program, you provide your mobile number and check the box: "Yes, send me text messages about deals, rewards, and loyalty updates from Deals Down Under."
• By replying START to a previous Deals Down Under SMS, if you had unsubscribed.

Opt-in language you agree to at signup:"By providing my mobile number and checking this box, I agree to receive recurring promotional and transactional SMS messages from Deals Down Under at the number provided, including messages sent by automated systems. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and customer tier. Typical recipients receive between 1 and 3 SMS messages per week. We send messages only between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Central Time.

What you will receive

• Special offers and promotional deals on liquidation merchandise
• New arrival and restock announcements (including Mystery Boxes)
• Boomerang Bucks reward balance updates and expiration reminders
• Loyalty program updates and account notifications
• Occasional invitations to add or update your email address

Cost

Deals Down Under does not charge you for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may applybased on your mobile carrier's plan. Contact your carrier for details.

How to opt out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with any of these keywords to any Deals Down Under SMS:

Supported carriers

We support all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Cricket, Metro by T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy & data handling for SMS

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

Information we collect for the SMS program: your mobile phone number, the opt-in date and method, message delivery and engagement status (delivered, failed, replied), and any opt-out events.

How we use it:solely to send the messages described in "What you will receive" above, to honor your preferences and opt-out requests, to comply with messaging regulations, and to measure the performance of our SMS program in aggregate.

Service providers: we use Twilio Inc. as our SMS delivery service provider. Twilio processes your mobile number and message content only to deliver SMS on our behalf and is contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose. We do not share SMS data with any other third parties.

Data retention: we retain SMS opt-in records, consent timestamps, and message logs for the duration of your participation in the program plus a reasonable period thereafter to comply with applicable laws. You can request deletion of your SMS data by emailing [email protected].

Your rights: you may opt out at any time using the keywords listed above, or by contacting us directly. Opt-out takes effect immediately.

Eligibility
