What We Found in an Amazon Mystery Box: Rosecret & More — April 26, 2026

Look, we'll be honest — this was a smaller box. Ten items total, retail value just under $147. Not our biggest day here in Hot Springs. But smaller boxes can still surprise you, and this one had a few genuinely useful finds tucked inside.

The Star of the Box: A King-Size Velvet Comforter Set

The clear standout was the Rosecret Velvet Quilt — a king-size, cross-stitch striped quilted comforter set in Gold Caramel. Sixty dollars retail. Brushed back, ultra-soft, oversized — the kind of thing that looks way more expensive than it is. We'd put this on a bed today. It came out of the box sealed and beautiful, and it's heading straight to our floor.

Right behind it was the CPINTLTR Round Faux Leather Ottoman in Grayish Green — $30 retail. Memory foam seat, storage space inside, adjustable metal legs. It's styled as a footrest, vanity chair, and side table all in one. That's a genuinely useful little piece of furniture, and the color is actually really pretty in person.

Then there's the wild card. A 20-oz. bottle of Absorbine ShowSheen Stain Remover & Whitener. It's a horse grooming product. We opened a box today and found horse grooming product.
