What We Found in an Amazon Mystery Box: G.skill & More — April 17, 2026

We opened this one on April 17th and it kept us guessing the whole way through. Thirty-five items total, roughly $610 in estimated retail value, and the range of stuff inside was almost aggressively chaotic — in the best way. This is exactly why we love an Amazon Mystery Box here in Hot Springs.

The Big Wins: RAM and a Car Amp in the Same Box

The two heavy hitters landed back to back. First out was a sealed G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR4 4000 Desktop Memory — $175 retail, unopened, the kind of thing a PC builder would absolutely snag. Right behind it, a Power Acoustik MOFO1-10KD Vehicle Audio Amplifier with remote included, coming in at $155.49. Two big-ticket items in a row. We were not expecting that.

Then things got fun. A sealed Disney / Pixar MINIS Archive Selections Vol. 1 Figure 24-Pack in Display Case ($64.99) showed up — the whole display case, all 24 figures. Collectors and gift-givers, that one's for you. A Brita Elite Water Filtration Faucet Mount System in Chrome rounded out the practical side of things at $30.78.

And then. The SWOOT Musical Lollipops for Kids — a 2-pack of sugar-free audio candy in Blueberry & Peach. Lollipops. That sing. For $11.98. We don't make the rules, we just open the boxes.

Also in the mix: two tins of Danish Butter Cookies, a set of 4pcs Mini Magnetic Ceramic Flower Vase Magnets for the fridge, and an 18oz bag of Blue Dog Bakery Mini Dog Treats with Chicken, Bacon, Cheese & Peanut Butter — because the dogs deserve a cut too. Plus dozens more bin-labeled items heading straight to our store bins.

Honestly? Strong box. The RAM alone was worth the excitement.
