What We Found in an Amazon Mystery Box: Grip Power Pads? & More — April 30, 2026

Forty-five items. One box. About $748 in retail value sitting on our break table here in Hot Springs. That's the thing about an Amazon Mystery Box — you genuinely do not know what you're walking into until the tape comes off.

Five RoC Eye Creams and a Grip Glove Worth Every Penny

The skincare pull was strong on this one. We found five sealed units of RoC Derm Correxion Dual Eye Cream — paraben-free, hypoallergenic, $29.97 each retail. That's nearly $150 in eye cream alone, all brand new. We also pulled a Cleure Fragrance Free Volumizing Shampoo for Sensitive Skin, three bottles of Desert Essence Kids Conditioning Detangler (fragrance free, 8 oz each), and a PEYAWA Herbal 3-in-1 Hair Dye Shampoo for gray coverage. Solid personal care showing across the board.

Then came the Cobra Grips PRO Weight Lifting Gloves from Grip Power Pads — heavy-duty wrist wrap and deadlift support in one, retailing at $49.95. One unit, but a nice one. Whoever grabs that at our store is getting a deal.

Gaming had a moment too. Five yellow and turquoise Joy-Con style Nintendo Switch Controllers came out of this box — $24.99 each retail, fun colorway, and they landed right before summer. Good timing.

Here's the curveball: seven cartridges of 3M FC4000 UV Marine Adhesive/Sealant (10 oz each, $24.88 retail). We were not expecting to become a marine supply depot today, but here we are. That's $174 worth of serious waterproof sealant. Boaters, dock builders, whoever needs it — come find us.

Rounding things out, seven ZJ-08 Wireless Induction Bluetooth Speakers at $15 each, plus dozens more bin-labeled items heading straight to our store bins.

Not every box is a home run, but this one? Pretty solid middle-of-the-lineup hit.
